We have Configured and installed sap fiori leave request approval v2 . after configuration we are not visible attachment option in fiori launch pad.

Your system alias mightnot be correct. Its pointing to a system where the service doesn't exist.

Please see if you have activated all relevant sicf nodes and user has appropriate roles. Check SU53 for the same in backend and frontend.

Hi Vijay,

Hope GBX01HR5 addon is installed, which is for attachments and other features. If this is not installed, attachments wont open/work

We have migrated back end component i.e GBX01HR  to GBX01HR5 but still we are not getting attachment options.

after migrated we have to do any post steps?

GBX01HR5 is an additional addon. SO you need to have both gbx01hr and gbx01hr5

If you are still facing any issues, share the browser console or /IWFND/ERROR_LOG snapshots

Attachments will come under additional feature of the appliation. Make sure you have configured the below steps.

Additional Features (Only available with SAP enhancement package 7 of SAP ERP 6.0 SPS01 or higher)

• Add and view attachments
• For more information, see configuration section of Create Leave Request under SAP Business Suite SAP ERP SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 Application Help SAP ERP Central Component Human Resources Shared Services Employee Self-Service Employee Self-Service (WDA) Services Available for Employee Self-Service (Web Dynpro ABAP) International Services Working Time .

Already we are using SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 SP13 but we are getting same issue like that.
