Time out error using a reciver SOAP adapter

Try increasing the value of timeout parameter in RZ10/RZ11. Your Basis team might be able to help you.

actuvally this problem is pi team .can anybody explain the answer

Hi,

Seems your interface in Production, i guess webservices must be down, you can try to restart them, if Server is ok, then follow Inaki's suggestion.

Hi Srinu,

Your screenshoots are not helpful about your issue. If you have timeout problem in the receiver SOAP adapter you should increase the parameter XMBWS.Timeout (SOAP Receiver sync call timeout | SCN).

However the problem could be in another part of PI. Please try to shows the exact exception.
