Migration to Hana database for SAP PI

Hello All,

I am doing assessment of the client landscape and would like few clarifications and suggestion. Please guide.

1 )My client is currently on PI 7.1 oracle DB and they are planning for Infrastructure  upgrade to SAP .HANA DB. My doubt here is that is it possible to upgrade/Migrate  our PI ( 7.1 to 7.4/7.5) system  from oracle to HANA DB?

2) Also they have roadmap towards moving to HCI ( Hana cloud Integration ) may be hybrid not sure? How can I provide the road map in terms of SAP PI?

Please share your valuable inputs on same.

Hello Geeta,

1.yes You can migrate to HANA DB.In PI/PO 7.4 it is available,The underlying database can be moved to HANA DB.
