Issue with posting Images in SAP Gateway

Hi,

We are facing one error with the "Virus scan profile" when carrying out POST operation in SAP GW.

below is error snapshot from GW client:

Why am I facing this error.. Is some enablement skipped in my case. Please suggest.

More Info - Below is the screenshot of scan profile from Transaction: VSCANPROFILE of by sap gateway system.

As far as i know turning off the scan is not a good idea and is not recommended.

Run Tcode /IWFND/VIRUS_SCAN in gateway & switch off scan.

you could try to turn off the virus scan in transaction /IWFND/VIRUS_SCAN.

Spro->SAP NetWeaver->Application Server->System Administration->Virus Scan Interface->Define Virus Scan Profiles
