problem trying to upload to Lumira Cloud from my Lumira Desktop

I am having the problem of trying to upload to Lumira Cloud from my Lumira desktop, V1.27 new data to existing reports on Lumira Cloud

going to share and publish to SAP HANA CLOUD

All was working well until this last Friday and this week, getting the err SAP Cloud Check Preferences (Network Settings) HDB11001.

checked Proxy settings Port 80 and 8080 and 8083

nothing works

thank you for the instructions for the certificate up date to Lumira Cloud
