Not able to create Alert Notification in SNC Portal

Hi SNC folks

I have create Alert Monitoring selection and assign notification in "set notification" tab on Alert monitor screen.

The notification profile is saved successfully, however when I am going to Alert Notification Administration screen, I do not see profile there.

I checked my authorization and I am having SAP ALL and also standard role for Alert admin "SAP_SCM_ICH_AMON" is also attached to my user id

Can someone tell me what is wrong here?

Hi V_SAP,

Did you select the "Active" button in the notification administration ?

It is very interesting not have have the list in here. I suggest to follow below steps:

1- Exceptions --> Alert Monitor: You should create a selection in here. Of course it should be related to your Alert Category and Alert Type

2- Exceptions --> Alert Notification Administration: You must select the "Active" indicator and notification period like Immediate or Periodic.

Hi

If you have saved your selection profile as User Specific then those notification profiles wont be available in administration screen.

You can check the details of such profiles by going into table /SCMB/ANOTP
