External debugging is not working for some users

Hi Experts ,

we have an issue for some users external debugging is not working. I have check on authorization issue(SU53) it is not the one.

I have check from my id(BASIS id).It is working fine.

Please let me know if someone work around this type of situation.

Hi Gupta,

Is this problem is specific to only few users or else to almost every one.

Check for the authorization first and later check for the correct user in UME. External debugging is nothing but an access to debug which acts externally depending on the role. So please analyze do that user has proper external debugging role.

Thanks Krishnan to look into the problem.

It is some type of authorization problem in RFC. When I had run authorization check in RFC then come to know it is working for some user but not for all. So, I have assign credential of my id(which is working) in RFC.

Also, I have to maintain Basis id to activate debugging from SRDEBUG.
