Component mismatch

Hi all,

Released TR in dev and imported in qty working fine.

But while importing in Prd component mismatch error is appearing.

Added SP_TRANS_SYNC = OFF in Prd system overview Transport tool by Domain controller.

Component mismatch error went but all TR are showing as ready to import again without importing in prd.

After importing particular TR truck symbol is running and after refresh showing yellow triangle and return code is 0.

In import history showing as no TR imported.

And no change is reflected in production alone.

Reflected in qty and dev.

In import monitor getting error as Maximum return code: 0211 - tp ended.

tp finished: no info about transport request found.

I did a lot of changes in domain controller and distributed but nothing works.

Please any one?

It is getting reflecting after reconfiguring the stms and adding the Test.prd in os level folders.

Hi Manish,

Now all the TR are reflecting in production system.

But a particular table alone is not getting reflecting in production after several TR import also.

Please give any suggestion

Hi RKR,

Are you bringing that table changes from DEV -> QA --> PRD through transport request?

Did you try creating new request for that change after fixing your TMS?

Hi Manish,

A per note I tried as using Ignore invalid component version method then also Truck symbol is running and not seen in import history.

Not reflecting in production.

Used SP_TRANS_SYNC = OFF parameter in production by domain control 000 client but nothing works.

For this issue i created a new request and included the object from previous TR and released in dev.

Not able to add the TR in import queue of qty n prd by extras getting error as add to buffer has problems with data and co file.

Changed the Transport group as GROUP_DEV in all the three landscapes in domain controller.

And tried to import in production, import is happening but not reflecting. and not appearing in import history also.

Getting error in import monitor.

Nothing happened  after refresh also.

Taken the OS level access and taken a look in usr/sap/trans

Which in production cofile_old and cofile are there and same for data_old and data.

May be the reason I think.

Checked in development also it is showing two files as cofile and cofile_old.

But in qty it is not like two folder, so only it is imported in qty alone.

Then copied the TR from both cofile_old and data_old to original cofile and data.

Then the TR has imported in production and appearing in history and monitor as successful.

But not reflecting.

Hi RKR,

Looks like issue with sharing of /usr/sap/trans between DEV, QAS and PRD server. Log files are not getting written/updated on log directory.

Please check permissions and if file system is mounted properly with all permissions (for all sub-directories e..g tmp, log etc.) also.
