Data replication from MDG hub into non-SAP system

Hi

Can use of PI is pre-requsite for data replication to non-SAP system? or we can do it without PI with the help of SOA method?

I think we can do it without PI same like you replicate the CC / PC hierarchy using SOA. But if you use file replication, that is the best way of replication for non-SAP systems. I found it easy and effective compare to ALE and SOA.

Are you sure we can do data replication without PI in non SAP legacy systems?

Dear Kiran,

Can you please put in few words on what this file replication is all about? One of my client wants SOA for point 2 point replication, so how will the SOA structure handle custom fields in data model? Do we need to update the structures in SOA too?
