Customer Processing Terminated

Dear Erxpet,

                    we are using BAPI (BAPI_SALESDOCU_CREATEFROMDATA1) In VA01 for craeting Sale Order but we are facing an issue just for 1

customer with an error Processing Customer Terminated. kindly need your expert opinion

Set the breakpoint where the error occurs and debug it. See what goes on there. It's impossible to answer this without seeing how you are calling BAPI exactly. Also this is not an SD but ABAP question. Search in ABAP forum, the order BAPIs have been discussed hundreds of times.

P.S. You are calling BAPI IN VA01? This makes no sense...

I have few queries for you before I could assist you further. Are you directly test on BAPI? Or have you tested same data on VA01 by manually creating Sales Order?

Moreover, can you share message number for the error?

Dear JP,

               Message no is VP113. we have tested same data on Va01 by manually and it goes rite we are facing this issue in just this BAPI.

Hi,

The error is checked in Include MV45AF0A_AG_BESTIMMEN. You might get this error when for a particular ship-to party system is not able to determine a unique Sold-to party. For testing, either you can have a ship-to party with unique Sold-to party. Or check SAP Note 884160 - Various dialog boxes missing in BAPI dialog(after 4.6C) & 413660 - BAPI: Short dump DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND (for & before 4.6C).

            We tried with this Note 884160 this can not be implemented. and we have tried with other  BAPI but error remains same
