Allocation check resulting in wrong month

Hello,

In our system while performing global atp allocation check happens on a monthly bucket.

We have an issue that during atp check allocation check happens on wrong month while we have requested delivery date as 1st of a month.

We are already maintaining goods receiving hours for ship to to tackle this.

But we see still this issue happening with respect to ship to's being at various time zones and APO system is always using UTC time zone as its reference.

Could anyone please let me know if there is a solution to this

We need to make timezone irrelevant for allocation check.
