issue with some AD users in BO mobile FWM 00006

Hi,

I have setup the BO mobile to view a design studio reports and it works well for some AD users but for other they can't access to bi plateforme from their iphone message error  (FWM 00006).

any idea ?

This error is coming from BI Platform. What does your tests from BI Launchpad report with the same erroneous users.

Also if you could collect the SAP BusinessObjects Mobile client logs in Debug Mode.

Hi, this error is from my network, I am trying to investigate this issue with an expert windows network to resolve it.
