Dear gurus,
I have a production ABAP system (SAP NW Gateway 7.31) with 2 instances (central instance and dialog instance) on different servers.
The server with the dialog instance is down and cant go up (windows problem). We are considering what should we do, if there is any way to remove this instance from the system without connecting to the server, or we have to fix the server's OS to solve this situation (Either to keep the dialog AS or to remove it).
Best regards,
Udi A.

Hi Udi,
I'm not sure of the question. As the Dialog instance is not running, then no one can connect to it anyway. You could go into SMLG and remove it from any Logon Groups too if you wish.
What exactly are you trying to do?
Regards,
Graham
