Received XI System Error. ErrorCode: DUPLICATE_DETECTED ErrorText: null ErrorStack: Message ID already exists in called system pipeline CENTRAL

Hi All,

I am getting this error in PI 7.1 RWB "Received XI System Error. ErrorCode: DUPLICATE_DETECTED ErrorText: null ErrorStack: Message ID already exists in called system pipeline CENTRAL" and messages are not flowing through Interface.

above error occurs after archiving and deleting few messages by using retention period 400 days.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Can you check below SAP notes. These might help you-

1. 1614154 Error MSGGUID_EXISTING for synchronous messages
2. 1147287 XI runtime: Preventing duplicate persistence

Hi Vinoth,

* Copy the Message ID from RWB,

* Search the Message ID in the tables - SXMSCLUP and SXMSPMAST.

* If Message Id already exists in the tables, you need to clear the DB tables mentioned above and i think the messages has been archived and not deleted properly.

Please check and let me know the status of DELETE Jobs status.

Hi Senthil,

Message ID not available in the tables SXMSCLUP and SXMSPMAST.

Delete job status is "Finished" when i first executed it.
