Difference Between Actual Goods Movement Date and Delivery Date

What is Difference Between Actual Goods Movement Date (Field Name : WADAT_IST)  and Delivery Date (Field Name : LFDAT)

which date should consider.

Hi Raghavendra,

If you want to know the meaning of any field in SAP screen, put your cursor on that field and press F1(Help) than you can get the meaning of that filed.

Actual Goods Movement date : The date actually you done the PGI for that delivery.

Delivery date : The date on which customer acknowledges the receipt of goods/delivery.

Kindly share your actual requirement, accordingly we can suggest you.

Hi Raghvendra,

Let me explain you one practical example of same. I think it will help you.

Order creation : 10/01/2016

Delivery Creation : 11/01/2016

You want to show this delivery on 11/01/2016 so you may choose delivery date as 11/01/2016. Now if you are doing good issue @ 1.10 AM on 12/01/2016 but you want to show good issue on 11/01/2016, you may choose Actual PGI date as 11/01/2016. So, system will assign actual GI date as 11/01/2016.
