Dear SAP Community Network,
We have ATP on our Sales Orders and Delivery Notes. We want to take into consideration for availability check the goods in inbound STOs. We don't want stocks in Quality Inspection to be considered for the ATP calculation.
In general it goes well, but when the inbound STOs are expected to be issued and received for stocks in Quality Inspection (fields Source Stock Type and Stock Type of the receiving location, item level, tab Delivery, both equal to X=QI stocks), that quantity should also not be considered. This is because those will be stocks in quality inspection, both in the source and in the destination. Therefore those stocks should only be considered in the receiving plant as valid for ATP, once moved into unrestricted stocks,
How can we accomplish this requirement?
Thanks in advance for your support,
Alejandra Á.B.
Hello,
In OVZ9 for your Availability check and Checking Rule combination exclude the Quality stock and Stock in transfer.
When a stock-controlling inspection type is activated for a material, then the quality inspection stock can only be controlled by the inspection lot. This behavior is per standard design.
Please refer KBA
1649698 - Availability check for quality stock
1604284 - Stock in Transit is not considered during the availability check and in transaction Co09
