SRM Sourcing Relevance Indicator

We are using SRM 7.1 SP9

Scenario: SC: 100Qty PO: 100Qty

Sourcing relevance indicator on SC: Blank

PO Qty reduce to 95

5 Qty show up in sourcing.

Buyer reject it

Sourcing relevance indicator on SC: Y ...

PO Qty reduce to 90

SC not showing up in sourcing and Sourcing relevance indicator remain Y ...

Is it SAP Std. or Bug

Please assist.

Hi Sandeep,

This is a standard behavior.

Once the SC item is rejected in soco, sourcing flag will be set to 'Y" to the item. And system considers its sourcing completed already by purchaser and will not send it back to soco even though you reduced again the quantity of the follow-on PO.

In addition to this type of issue,I have one more issue

My client has extended classic scenario,

SC created with 8 line items-->approved and PO created for all the line items but few of the line items are showing it is as In purchaser's worklist.

I can run the FM and I can remove the source_REL indicator to empty .But any guesses on the reason why it happened only for specific line items ?

can you explain me on this?

Have you checked the Partner function of vendors on all line items. If all line items has vendors as Partner function 19, it should convert SC to PO
