How to create a Billing Rule for billing plan type?

I want to know the calculation which is going on for my billing plan and in my scenario billing rule is set as 6.

Could you please let me know where I can see the calculation maintained with regards to billing plan 6.

For your Billing Plan Type, you maintain Date Category in OVBJ where you can see this Rule
