SUM (Cisi-file) phase stops with error

Hello all,

we try to correct some System-Informations with help of a generated Cisi-Stack-File.

If we start the process in SUM, the step SYIDUP_CHECK/APPLY_SYSINFO_CHK stops with the following error in Log-File:

2 ETQ374 parameter "EV_RC" = "12"

2 ETQ373 parameter "EV_MESSAGE" = "XML file 'C:/Users/m1dadm/Desktop/stack_for_cisi.xml ' does not exist or could"

1EETQ399 Last error code set is:

1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "APPLY_SYSINFO_CHK" aborted with severe errors ("20160205113018")

Any suggestions ? Unfortunately i can't find detailed information for this action.

In the SUM-documentation there are only 2 or 3 sentences about it.

Which version of SUM tool are you using?

2136279 - APPLY_SYSINFO_CHK: during CISI with SUM

Hi Ashutosh,

note is not relevant, we are using SUM SP14.

Dear Christoph,

Kindly follow the below steps

- Place the stack file in EPS/in directory.

- Rerun the SUM again.

Hi Ashutosh,

unfortunately i can't rerun the SUM.

It tells me, that i can't reset the procedure at this point.

When i try to reset it via console,

i get the same problem.

Any suggestion ?

Hi Ashutosh,

finally we rerun SUM, and the problem is solved.

Placing the stack-file in EPS/in was the solution.
