False Error message in CUP "User search failed for given criteria. Try again"

Hello Everyone,

I am using GRC 10.1 SP12 .

Whenever i am creating a new access request for any user and try to search for the user, i get this error message "User search failed for given criteria. Try again" but the user is displayed in the results. This did not happen in development system but when i tried in quality this is what i am getting.

Can i get rid of this false message?

Dear Ram,

since you are on the latest support package I recommend to address the issue directly to SAP via an OSS message. Not sure whether you can also share errors in ST22 or SLG1? Do you see some more information?

I found the solution. The connector was missing for one of the systems. So the message was returning from the systems to which GRC was not able to reach. But the user was found in the remaining systems.

We added the new connector and the issue was resolved.
