Hello,
we are having trouble activating the message tracing functionality in HCI.
We've asked SAP for the activation of the functionality which was confirmed afterwards. We have assigned AuthGroup.BusinessExpert to the user group and configured the trace level of the Iflow (Header and Body).
But when trying to trace a message the information "No trace payloads available; trace may be switched off or trace was removed post 24 hours" pops up.
Any idea why we cannot trace messages?
