Factsheet issue

Hi Experts,

We have configured SAP FIORI launchpad and we are able to launch transactional apps.

We have also configured Search connector on our backend ECC system in client 000 and working client.

We are trying to activate Customer Accounting Document factsheet app on front end gateway system. We have activated oData service and SICF service. Role is also assinged to the respected user.

When i try to search, system is throwing error message as given below.

Please provide any suggestion to resolve the same.

Hi Tom,

Now search is implemented correctly. Webdispatcher was not correctly configured and Google chrome browser needs following correction.

(chrome browser path) --disable-web-security

are you useing TREX or HANA?

When HANA didi you activate the Buisness Functions:

BSESH_HANA_SEARCH

BSCBN_HANA_NAV

Are in the Beckend the Search Models active?

When not please activate it

Hi Tom,

Thanks for response. We are using HANA search. We have activated business functions and models in backend ECC system.

We have also configured search engine in 000 and working client as given in below link.

In frontend system, we have activated gateway service and SICF service. Do we need to perform some step in front end or backend to resolve the same?

Please provide suggestion.

Did you configurate in ESH_COCKPIT also the backend configuration in ( System Setting)?
