EXCEL MS QUERY on top of HANA

Hi,

I have some users who wants to extract data from SAP HANA based on custom SQL statments.
We have limited number of rows in SAP HANA Studio.

We proposed to use Excel and MS Query interface to build custom SQL and it generates directly the excel file.

It was working with SAP HANA 97.

Since we have done the upgrade with 102.x (platform and client driver ODBC32) it doesn't work and we receive an error message : 'DATA truncated'.

Did you try MS Query on your side and do you have another way to extract data with custom SQL ?

I have the exact same issue with 32 bit hana client  version 112, any udpate?
