Technical Help on Netweaver

Hello,

Can anyone please suggest, how technical help option on netweaver logon page gets activated? I assigned SAP_ALL profile to my user, but still, that user is not getting the option.

Dear Kirtika,

you need to assign the NWBC roles. Check SAP_GRAC_NWBC for Access Control and SAP_GRC_NWBC for general.

We have already assigned SAP_GRC_NWBC role and assigned SAP_GRAC_NWBC role also now.

But still the technical help option is not appearing to this user.

Do you mean if a user right click the popup windows does not show the menu point "Technical help"?

What is your current Release/SP and NW version?

Yes, you got it correctly. We are on 10.1 SP11 and Netweaver is 7.5 release.

Other users are getting who have SAP_ALL profile. Only this user is not getting the option. I don't know if some other user specific settings are required.
