HCI: Connection Error

Hi Experts,

yesterday i got the trail Version of HCI with three urls such as for webui one url and for to access the hana cloud tenant through eclipse and runtime url for the configuration of backend system.while i am trying to connect to the hci i am getting the error as showm in the attachment.even i am able to connect to the service market place with my s user id. please guide me on the same

Hello Santosh,

Are you trying with Management URL (Access via Eclipse HCI plugin) right?

Url should have this format:

https://txxx-xxx.hci.xxx.hana.ondemand.com/

i have given the url that is provided from the sap .

https://txxx-xxx.hci.eu1.hana.ondemand.com but i am getting the error as specified in the attachment.

I guess, thats the one. Are you able to acces Web UI URL (Access via web browser):

https://txxx-xxx.hci.eu1.hana.ondemand.com/itspaces ?

No i am not able to login by using webui also .so raised a mail to the hci trail team.

Thanks jitendra i got a mail from sap stating that they have not proided the permissions for my user.Due to this i am not able to connect to the sap HCI Tenant.

We re able to login to Hana Cloud.But we are not able to view below(Ex.)Integration Content(itspaces) URL , Web Service and Eclipse URL.Please guide...
