Mini sap online license procedure

The licence for mini sap system is expired and I am trying to get new one .As I do not have nothing I my mail box since the first request ( yesterday ).I am wondering is that ordinary delay or something is wrong with online license procedure , and what I have to do .

Hi,

Check whether your hardware key is correct.Normally the license will be send in few minutes.

u can chk the hardware key by running saplicense.exe -get

Thank you for the fast answer The hardware key was OK I did few checks

and follow the procedure few times ( step by step ) like it is described in the manuals.Sill nothing.

I guess u need to wait for the key or send a mail to sap,if still a problem reapply for the license.

i have the same problem you describe. I have contact sap support for this problem but no solution till two weeks.

It seems to me that license link at http://www.sap.com/platform/netweaver/minisap.epx resp. http://www.sap.com/minisap doesn't work and we have to use http://service.sap.com/sap/bc/bsp/spn/minisap/minisap.htm .

I use 7.00 SP 08 and I had to choose "NSP - SAP NetWeaver 04" as System-ID and an empty System Number. In every case you'll get a mail "license key notification" from account las@sap.com. For "NSP - SAP NetWeaver 04" it is a short LKEY and for "NSP - SAP NetWeaver 2004s" it is longer. In fact your installation will only accept the right one but you can try.
