Plant as BP in EWM

Hi Folks,

I have created Plant  in ECC and now i want to create Plant as BP in EWM.

During CFM2 i got below error message :

Function /Q/SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND

Location does not exist for external location

Why it is giving this error message.

could you please share process steps (if possible screenshot) which you are following

Normally after ECC- EWM integration we start using core interface to move all the data

Create Plant

Assign Vendor to a plant

On CFM1 screen select Plant and move plant as well as Vendor with CREATE LOC / BP value as "2" which will create BP as well as location in EWM

Hi Natalia,

I have just created Plant in ECC.

In EWM i have just assigned that plant to erp and ewm warehouse.

What is the standard practice for creating plant as BP in EWM ?

We will do CIF or create BP using tcode BP ?
