How can I Unlock a document by a user that is no longer an active user.

Hi,

try SM12 transaction. Put user name and run transaction, it will list all objects locked by that user.

Just a comment to this: if the user has more than  one lock entry, how to find the entry to delete?

The lock is on table CRM_ORDERADM_H (CRM document header). The lock argument is a number composed of the client number and a CRM transaction GUID.

To find out the CRM transaction GUID, you can go to SE38, run report CRM_ORDER_READ, and enter as transaction ID the incident number . In the results, when you click on the first structure, you will get a view that shows the GUID.

So, to sum up , the lock entry to delete contains the transaction GUID as the 'lock argument' field.
