SAP Persona - Silver light Issue

Dear All

I am new to persona and have started working on it. I have installed and followed all the steps. Silverlight is also installed.

But when I access the main screen(mainapp) still it tells "to view this content install silverlight".

Please help

Hi,

You need Silverlight 1.5 or later versions. Click the image to install and from next time you will not see this popup.

Thank you. I have done that and version is 5.1 Still the same issue This is in Chrome.

In IE, its just a black screen.

Hi,

Please use IE or Firefox only. Chrome doesnot support Silverlight.

Thank You. I am using IE 11. Will that be an issue. It only displays black screen. If i right click it shows silverlight.

IE11 is fine but a black screen means that something is either not installed or not configured properly.

Review the installation guide and verify that all steps were followed exactly as described. Also make sure that the system is fully up-to-date based on the Personas 2.0 main note 1964257.
