CJ88 acq/settlement not allowed for CY asset created in closed fiscal year

Hi Team,

I am getting the below error when performing CJ88.

Tcode: CJ88

Error : acq/settlement not allowed for CY asset created in closed fiscal year

Message no: ZFI_BAISIS_01030

Please advise on this. Thank you.

Z messages come from a check that your implementation put in place.  It is not a standard SAP message.  It might be coming from a FI Validation.  Validations are put in place to restrict processes and make sure your business processes are being followed.  It could also be coming from a User Exit you put in place.  You need to find what validation step or program is generating that message, then see what is being checked and correct it.

Message no starts with Z, so its a custom message.

Based on the error message, you are trying to settle cost for 2015 or past, since it was closed, it will not allow you to do.

Talk to FI team

Also CJ88 does not below to PM, it belong to PS, i have raised an alert to moderator to change it to project system.
