GATP Confirmation date is confirming on weekend which is holiday-Please sugest

Hi All,

1)GATP Confirmation is doing on weekend which is holiday based on the time steam(factory calendar-sat and sun holiday) in shipping calendar in location master ,

as per my understanding it should not confirm on holiday based on the factory calender,Please suguest

Eg: The requested date is on  12th feb on friday but GATP Confirming on saturday (which is holiday) ,we have seen in the condition record in apo that is also on mon-friday ,Please suguest

Hi

Do you mean you get the material availability date (MBDAT) on a weekend? Shipping calendar will not restrict confirmation on a weekend. It will restrict the actual shipping. Can you post a screenshot of all the dates which are determined from Sales order? It will be easier to troubleshoot.

Also, you mentioned condition records on Mon-Fri in APO? What exactly do you mean by condition records? Are you talking about scheduling condition records? Please elaborate more.

Hi Vijay,

Are you talking about ship out date or customer receiving date? As per your example its "customer receiving date" i.e. 12th Feb. Depending upon your supply situation it is confirming Saturday.

If your customer is not allowing to accept goods on Saturday/Sunday then you need to check "unloading point" in customer master. This is used in ECC. Same way in APO you have receiving calendar in location master. Try to assign same check accordingly in both systems.
