planned GI date in delivery

Dear all,

When a delivery is created the system will enter a planned GI date - in the example 18/12/2015:

When a TO is created for this delivery and the TO is confirmed the system will overwrite the planned GI date with the current date (= the date of the TO confirmation).  In the example 19/01/2016:

Can someone explain us why the system overwrites the planned GI date?

We have solved this issue with SAP note 530701.

Hello Lieselot,

I believe in your case after TO system executes delivery scheduling through batch job and update the GI date in sales order.

Could you please check the changes in sales order ?

I have never seen that the TO confirmation updates a planned goods issue date, I rather think this is caused by a modification. Please see OSS note 552713 - Recalculation of delivery date during goods issue

Normally, these dates would get changed based on route determination settings and your delivery type where there is one field for Rescheduling.
