GRC AC Integration with CUA create user

Hello experts

I am facing a problem with the integration of GRC -AC 10.1 SP8 with the CUA
Landscape requested by client needs that the GRC AC - create the user in the CUA and the CUA replicate this user to the satellite systems by assigning profiles requested by ARM

Account modification works 100% But I try to create a user displays the following error:

Central System not reached(RFC destination "my host" does not exist) Status = Failure

The steps reproduced are:

1 Conector created in SM59 and SPRO

(Maintain Conectors and Connection Type)

2 I created a connector group for SOLMAN:

3 In scenario settings integration , tied the SOLMAN connector for 4 types:

(Maintain Conection Settings)

4 The last step , CUA Update settings , I activated CUA connector as GLOBAL:

(Maintain CUA Settings)

Did you check the logs in SLG1 and SCUL in GRC system ?

I' ve checked this note before, the problem is in user creation, for example when i modify a created user its working.

Just for testing purpose is it possible to add child system and see the results?

Configuration was right, basis not configured RFC on the CUA to return on the child, we did not have access in SM59  to check it.

Hi Juliano,

Could you provide the information what's in your Distribution model (the last picture you provided)?

Also provide your SCUM settings of CUA central system.

Depending on the settings you should decide whether you need to tick "Active" of your Sistema global ACU.

The model of distribuition is Global, i' ve tried to disable the flag too and is not working.

Could you please try to delete ACP entries for the rows with the connectors and leave these fields blank?

I ask you to do this, because in my practice I don't use them
