SAP GRC 10.1 - Close request automatic after some days

Hi all,

I have a requirement from my client that the request sent to the first approval should be close after 3 days if there is no action from the approval side. The workflow should be ended too and a notification should be sent to the requester.

I thought that escalation in stage could help me to do this but unfortunately there is no option to close the request in this configuration

Any ideas I could achieve this requirement?

Use the Stale Request program to do this.

Please review notes 1939486 - How to process Stale Requests.  It is important to note that there will be no notification to any agent when a request is cancelled during this process.  See SAP Note 1947213 - No Notification Triggered with GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST.
