Solman email trigger for SLA Breach

Hi Team,

I have followed the step by step documentation for the configuration of the email based on the IRT and MPT timings.


I have done all the steps mentioned in the document.

Kindly let me know whether I missed any of the important config steps.I am not able to see any mails getting triggered in SOST.







I am filling the message processor while filing the tickets.




Action logs



Background Jobs are getting completed.

Further had you scheduled this report  as a  background job

AI_CRM_PROCESS_SLA

Hi Rishav,

Yes I have already done the above settings.Kindly check the above screenshot for the background job scheduled with the AI_CRM_PROCESS_SLA  rogram.

Hello Mallesh,

Can you please confirm the time zone of both SAP and OS level are correct and are in sync.

if not correct it .

Hi

Check your action settings

Remove executable in dialog and changeable in dialog.

Also in processing settings can you check if you have below variants.

CRM_SERVICE_SLA_MAIL_RF

CL_DOC_PROC_SERVICE_ITEM

CRM_SRVORDER_ITEM_EXEC_SFORM
