Hi,
I wanted to apply some abbreviations to entity & attribute names in my LDM when generating a PDM, so I looked at the 'stdnames' Conversion Table. As it didn't contain the abbreviations I wanted, I took a copy of it which I renamed and then added my additional abbreviations (I wanted to leave the original .csv file as-is for the time being).
As the stdnames file (and my copy) exist in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\PowerDesigner 16\Resource Files\Conversion Tables\, I presume these don't belong to any model as such.
What is the best way to make sure multiple users have access to the same stdnames file I have been using? I am assuming I should be sharing this as a Resource File via the Library.
Thanks,
Antony
YES. checking in the file in .library in repository is best way for sharing.
