Returnable packaging issue

In the repair order we have sent 2 replacement material. We successfully got one back but while trying to get the other one back it is not getting confirmed.

I checked in MMBE and the material is with the customer

IN MB51 the material/serial number combination ...last movement type is 621.

While creating the IRAL line item(622 mov type) it gives a warning message is that the reason

"More than one equip  record identified with  same base part number"..no update performed is this the reason why its not getting confirmed??

Share the lengthy warning message number for better clarity.

Lakshmipathi there is no message number assigned to it

This warning should be a customization in which case, please check with your ABAP team.  I don't think, standard process would give that warning message

Is it possible to get the material in directly  using a movement type( since material accounting doesn't get created I am unable to use 622 with MB1B/MB1C/MB1A)
