Hi Experts,
There are two approvers for one role. approver1 raised request for role . As usual request does not go to inbox of Approver1. Approver2 got email notification with link to approve the request but inbox of approver2 is empty. This issue is with these two approvers and hence no problem at system level workflow.
What can be the cause of the issue?

Hi Ranjan,
1>Check the status of the assignment.
2>If its still showing in pending status then check in Approval Management tab with whom the request is pending for approval.
Is both Approver 1 and Approver 2 are primary approvers??or any escalation approver is also there for that role ?
3>If the assignment is in failed status the you can remove and reassign the access to trigger approval request.
