sap audit parameter rsau/local/file

Hi experts,

I found parameter on a page The Security Audit Log - Auditing and Logging - SAP Library rsau/local/file

but in SAP Note 539404 says that :

The rsau/local/file parameter must be specified in Releases 4.0 and 4.5. For compatibility reasons, it is also still analyzed up to and including Release 6.20. As of Release 4.6 it can be left out. It no longer exists as of Release 6.40.

So does it still work in SAP NW 7.4 or 7.5 ?

Hello Alex,

This profile parameter seems obsolete for NW 7.4.

You can find the profile parameters of security audit for NW 7.4 using tx SM19 --> environment --> Profile parameters menu.

You can use DIR_AUDIT parameter for the location of the audit files.
