Dear All,
Recently I noticed I have a log off issue in Mozilla Firefox, when I click log off button the web browser tab keeps loading the page endlessly, weird thing is this only happens in Firefox but not in another browser i.e. IE or Chrome.
We already followed the recommendation from SAP Note 1777513. Service /sap/public/bc/icf/logoff has been activated for WEBGUI, and we also redirect log off url to /sap/public/bc/icf/logoff?redirecturl=/sap/bc/personas for PERSONAS service via SICF.
When I test in Mozilla Firefox, I can logon successfully, and after I press log off button, one pop up coming, and I press 'Yes', then the endless loop happens as below, and even if I can't logon back although I put correct user ID/password within the same tab in Firefox.
And also one thing I don't see in the other web browser is, after I pressed log off button in Firefox, the URL became longer as below example.

Currently we are working in a short deadline and unfortunately we already decided to use Firefox end users main browser, hence we must find out the root cause and solution for this issue. Update kernel or upgrade to Personas 3.0 SP02 is not on the table, but applying few SAP Notes to correct this issue is still possible for us.
Please kindly help just in case anyone is having similar issue. Much appreciate for your feedback.
