Hi experts,
I have a CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL exception when I'm tryng to create a new service request by Key User from customer (SOLMANREQU), this happened after add one New Step View within configuration mode. I created a new step but from that day the error appears.

This image corresponds to create Incident but it is the same in creation of Service Request, I can't see it because error appears before.
Please your help in this!!!

I enter in transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB and I typed AIC_SRVREQ_G component.
Within this component in view AIC_SRVREQ_G/vGuidedActivityPage go to configuration tab, and then I delete the view that I was created.
Later, the error don't longer appears.
