Movement 601 without delivery

Using the Good Movement's Bapi it is possible make a 601 movement coming from a external system (with IDOC), without have the delivery document on own proper system? Or I must create an ad hoc custom movement?

Movement 601 is an 'automatic' movement so it can be posted only by the biz flow.

Create a copy of 601, unflag the 'automatic movement' flag and then you can use it within your bapi.
