SAPConnect email notification about "Successfully tested" for Urgent correction

Hi guys,

I have one issue regarding Sender and Recipient adresses of email notification when changing status of Urgent correction to "Successfully tested".

We have 2 different persons for Tester and Change Manager roles.

So when Tester has finished testing Urgent correction and submit that test is successfully tested, email notification should go to Change Manager address from Tester address. However, in SAPConnect we see that Sender and Recipient of this email notification is Change Manager.

Why it is happening? Any assumptions or ideas?

Hi

Can you check the partner maintenance and tester should be executing action from to be tested to successfully tested. Whoever is executing this action will be sender. In your case it may be change manager who is executing this action,

Further can you check the master data for tester maintained in your system.
