Status Confirmed (service desk)

Hi

I have one message for which status is confirmed.

But I want to make some changes now which is not possible?

Please provide your suggestions or solutions to this

points will be rewarded.

Hey prakash,

GO to SPRO->SAP solution mangaer->service desk->status profile..

Navigate to the desired status profile..

Now select status(ie confirmed) and duble click on it..or click on details.

Go to To be distributed tab and Click on "No influence "..

Check whether this works..

If it does work, dont forget to reset the status again back to Forbidden..

No it is not working

Even if we set status to customer action it won't allow us to edit further.

Hi,

No you cannot change your confirmed message at any point of time.

Even if you change the status profile. The status is closed and cannot be changed.
