SCMA: tasklist selection for only active tasklists

Hi,

In schedule manager transaction SCMA. When choosing Other Tasklist in the menu, a pop-up with all the tasklist cycles including completed ones are visible to select. Is it possible to have only the active tasklists visible in this pop-up?

1. How can i see Task list created for Equipment/Functional Location/General Task list on Work Order?
2. Is there any way to see attached documents (Equipment Diagram/Technical Specifications) with Equipment/Functional Location via Service for Object, on Work order and can also take print.

Hi

There are two ways to do that.

1. Add the task list to your favourite. as below

2. Add the below parameters in Su01 for that, you will be defaulted to that task list only.

SCMAPROFILE	M0000XXXX
SCMA_WIDTH	301

Hi Rishav,

Thanks for the suggestions so far.

The tasklist values we require to have must be visible to all users as default and not through a favorite list.

We are closing/have closed multiple tasklist cycles. But because these closed ones are still visible, they are cluttering the pop-up for users which tasklist they should select.

Then you need to add the parameter SCMAPROFILE  in Su01 for your users.

Value will the task list name.

B_SMAN_WPL
