Support pack installation error on NW 7.31

Dear Support


we have installed nw 7.31 0000 system now we are trying to Upgrade

Support pack 0016 from 0000 and we have downloaded all support pack of

all relevant components like

SAP SAP_BASIS 731 0000 - SAP Basis Component

SAP_ABA 731 0000 - Cross-Application Component

PI_BASIS 731 0000 - Basis Plug-In

SAP_BW 731 0000 - SAP Business Warehouse

and update our spam level to 59 which was at 43 then started the upgradeit get stuck at DDIC activation phase for 30 hours then we reset the

queue when we found some note to implement before upgrade then we

applied that notes

all created in separate request and now I am not able to release the

request it shows inactive open objects in se80

now tell what should to done

Kindly suggest wheatear to take access key for all objects are there is

any other way to release the request

Hello Rajendra,

I faced this problem before, please import SAP_BASIS 731 SP 01 firstly, then import all others SPS.

Dear

i have reset the queue now i do not have backup can i go with your option of installing 731 first and continue or i have go for new installation again because some objects are open they are inactive

Hi Rajendra,

Depends on you, why not consider to reinstall if open objects are not easy to be fixed.
