Account Assignment P - Stock getting consumed in GR, no inventory

i have a requirement where i will give the project details in the sales order and through sales order PR and PO will create.

If the budget is exceeded then in PO it should give Error ( Upto here i had done the changes with account assignment P in PO)

But because of account assignment P the stock is getting consumed after doing the GR but not coming into the inventory.

Here i need to get the stock into sales order stock (E).

can you please help me how to get this done.

Hi Shankar,

Check the config of schedule line category getting determined in the sales order. Then can you let us know the values mention in

- Item Category

- Acct Assgt Cat.

I assume your Acct Assgt Cat. maintained there is P - Project.

Hi JP,

  Yes in Schedule line i had given P as Acct Assgt Cat as it should check

the budget in PO which is getting created thorugh Sales order.

  Item Category is Standard

What is movement type involved for GR?

Schedule line which was created in New one where the movement type is 601 and req type also new one where the special sotck maintained as E.

the movement type in the GR is taking as 101
