QN Authroization Issues

can you please advise below,

1. Approval Authorization object in Quality notifications.

2. to process task I have given the authorization for QM12, I want these users to restrict with QM02 but when they go to QM12, they can select a notification and can change it even they do not have QM02 authorization, how can I restrict notification change from QM12.

Please advise.

Hi Cristina,

For the 1st part - you need to activate "Approver" partner in partner function determination for notification type. Use it only for your QM notification types like Q1/Q2/Q3 or the custom one you are using.
