Find out who imported the transport request

Dear all,

Normally I find out who imported the change request by checking the following column - "user", but today there is a strange case that all belongs to user TMSADM, which is a Communication user...can not logon via SAPGUI

The ERP version is ECC6.0 (600 SPS11) without any EHP, based on netweaver 7.0 (SAP_BASIS 700 SPS29)

The STMS settings are absolutely the same as other customers, no any special points
