TLB issue

Whilst running TLB (/SAPAPO/RMSDPTLB), 2 queue blockage occurred with the message 'No sales area is assigned to sold-to party 0000001106 and plant 0100'. These are now in the tRFC.

The VMI customer tab in the location master data screen shows sales org, dist channel and division to be blank - many other locations have values in these fields. When trying to enter the correct values the system says the fields should be maintained in R/3. The fields are already populated in XD03 but, despite initialising the customer IM, they won't transfer to APO.

This config exists in R3 unders SPRO:

Integration with Other mySAP.com Components->Advanced Planning and Optimization->Application-Specific Settings and Enhancements->Settings for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)->Assign Sales Area and Order Type to Ordering Party/Plant.

Assign the sales areas/order type to Plant and it should work...

Just an addition to SIVAs response.

(1)Follow the Config setting as mentioned by SIVA in R3

(2) Delete the Queue in APO

(3) Run TLB ijn APO and this time , there should be no SYSFAIL QUEUEs generated with the error message you indicated

try de-initilaising the original integration model. Create a new integration model and initialise.
